4. To determine if the margins need adjustment:

a. Hold the page up to the light to see if the margin on the front and back sides

align.

b. Use the page’s top- and left-margin gauges to note how much the alignment is off.

5. Adjust the left margin:

a. In the Calibrate Margins menu, scroll to Adjust Left Margin. Press Menu.

b. Enter the amount of adjustment from Step 4 (press <--- or ---> to increase or

decrease the amount); press OK.

6. Adjust the top margin:

a. Scroll to Adjust Top Margin. Press Menu.

b. Enter the amount of adjustment from Step 4 (press <--- or ---> to increase or

decrease the amount); press OK.

7. Reprint the calibration page to confirm the adjustment.
